Today I have discovered that although there are still folders, I can no longer "collapse" them to reduce the length of the message list. Has something happened in the last24 hours?

@JohnLB26 seems to be working as normal for me? Are you using a mail app? Or logging in via sky.com using your browser?

Try clearing your browsers cache and cookies then close down the browser before loading it up and trying again. If this doesn't work try a different browser works to see if that works for you.
