    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I followed the process that you described, generated the new password and changed the password in Manage Profiles.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The tests performed when I made the change in Manage Profiles were successful and Outlook's test email was received (visible in other devices).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I still get the same 2 Outlook errors when sending/receiving, "Outlook cannot synchronise subscribed folders for .....&amp;nbsp; Error: Cannot connect to the server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I changed my Sky/Yahoo password. I have Outlook under Microsoft 365 on my windows 11 laptop and it no longer syncs to my Sky.com email account . Sky emails work OK on other email clients on Android.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't&amp;nbsp; see anywhere in Outlook Account Settings to change the Sky password.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can see a few entries related to my Sky email in Windows Credential Manager and changed/saved the password but it did not actually save the change.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I make what should be a simple change?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I can only suggest deleting the account from Outlook and re-adding it, that should re-create the sync links.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
