&lt;P&gt;The phone number on your Sky account isn't what is used for&amp;nbsp;your email verification so to change it on this you need to first sign in with the recovery code you made a note of when setting this up as this will turn it off allowing you to set it up again with your new mobile number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;As you didn't make a note of it as advised to do all you can do is to call Sky and adk&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;them to do this for you and it can take a few days for this to be completed if you get to talk to someone who knows the process. I believe you need to ask for the ID management team.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
