Sky / Yahoo Email Is Down

Hello All. Sky / Yahoo email is down. Using my desktop and phone, it's unavailable. Just get buffering and unable to login. Anybody know what's going on? Please can SKY Agent advise. Thanks.

It's not down for me, and I doubt for anyone else.

Have you tried with your phone on both Wi-Fi and mobile.

Sky agents will never reply on here.

As this is a customer helps customer forum you will not get a response from Sky.

On both devices try clearing your browsers cache and cookies then close down the browser before loading it up and trying again. If this doesn't work try a different browser works to see if that works for you.

Thank you Caesarome. I disagree on two fronts. Firstly, check out the Downdetector App. It's showing a huge spike in Sky / Yahoo outrages reported in the last hour or so. It's almost off the chart. And secondly, I am sure Sky Agents occasionally check these discussions and I.ve seen them respond one in a while. Thank you anyway for your contribition.

If there are issues then it is something that clealry isn't affecting everyone as yours is the only post so far. Before replying to you I managed to get logged into my account without any issues and also checked Downdector which is showing a spike but as Sky email is run by Yahoo I'm sure you know from time to time issues like this do crop up.

Sky generally post here only when there's a known issue that they're investigating.

@NicholasLBH if it's still not working for you, either on mobile or wifi, you might want to report it to them.

Thank you Mark39. Sky / Yahoo email is back to normal now, for me. But I can assure everyone that I couldn't login around an half an hour ago on desktop. Just buffering. Checked all the usual things. And according to 'Downdetector' there was a huge spike in reported problems. Anyway, all good now. Thank you everyone.

@metal+Mark working fine here. What problem are you having with logging in? Error message? Can you log in ok here: www.sky.com/signin/email
