As I understand it, the block is placed on the IP address used for the connection. That's not something you can do anything about- apart from using a different connection which will have a different IP address.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Incidentally, if you do get&amp;nbsp; a connection, be very careful what you do via a WiFi connection, as it may be being monitored.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Last year I couldn't access my email account whilst in Vietnam. I only regained access when got to Thailand. Is there a reason for this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You might be able to use a mobile connection where&amp;nbsp; broadband has been blocked.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
