If I receive an email with a OFF document attachment, I can read it in preview but I can't download, print or copy it..

@corn+dolly your device needs to have a pdf reader app installed to be able to open a pdf document to print etc

What web browser are you using as some have the ability to open pdf files without the need to install anything, Chrome certainly does so when you try to open the file what happens ?

PDF's are attachments, so need to be saved before you can do anything with them.

So right click the paperclip icon and choose save as.

and you can then use the PDF as you choose.
