    <description>&lt;P&gt;Seriously, it cannot be this difficult to change my Email password and trun on two step verification. I have spent nearly an hour looking for a 'enter your new password' screen but am just going round in circles.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think that 2 step verification is now on but my account is showing as locked now and I never did find a way to enter a new password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;PLEASE HELP!!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The critical importance of the Recovery Code is not made clear when you set up 2 step verification. It's all too easy to just tick the box to say you've made a note of it without doing so. It should be in bold flashing red letters on screen.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
