Emails going into misc rather than inbox

My emails on sky email account are going into misc not inbox. How can I change this?

Go to Settings (the screw icon on the right hand side) > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that y could be causing this and if you did not set this up then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.

You might want to give some thought to setting up two step verification as per this:

If you do set this up it in important that you make a note of and keep safe the recovery code.
