Can you explain what you mean by your "main yahoo account". Is it an email account ending in either yahoo.com or yahoo.co.uk?

If so Yahoo usually have multiple methods for recovery, what message do you get when trying to log into Yahoo.

You say your Sky email is inactive, what exactly does that mean, and how long has it been "inactive"?

And, as asked previously, what error message do you get when you try to log in here: https://sky.com/signin/email/
