It's taken me 20 minutes to get Sky support to understand that the issue is not simply that I need to reset the email and password used to access my Sky TV/broadband account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been told there is a technical issue with sky.com emails that they aim to fix in 48-72 hours. I will add that the support person did not convey any confidence.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HELP !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I&amp;nbsp; just tried to access my Sky email account via Outlook, that I use every day, but in Edge it says I can't create a new email account and in Firefox it says my account is suspended ! ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use the account every day and I have a lot of important people linked to it like my bank !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I contacted Sky and spoke to someone that said he will try and request that my account is reactivated, but I will need to wait 48hrs to see if they can reactivate it, but what about all my emails ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What on earth are Sky up to ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It sounds like the automatic suspension Yahoo imposes (not Sky) when activity deemed suspicious is suspected. If so, it doesn't mean your account is about to be deleted because of inactivity.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Historically it has required liaison between Sky and Yahoo to 'unsuspend' the account. That may have been more formalised now and could be what the adviser has instigated.&lt;/P&gt;

Yahoo are unable to do it themselves as they only know you as a Sky customer&amp;nbsp;and have no access to your details.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm affected by this too. So do they have a technical problem affecting tons of users that'll auto-magically get fixed "at some point" or is this something we've done/not done with our accounts? Anyone know? I was using my email account via Chrome just a couple of days ago then yesterday started getting this "&lt;SPAN&gt;You can no longer create a new Yahoo Mail account via Sky." error .. constantly, in all browsers, even after clearing cookies etc.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
