Contact details problem

I'm trying to add a new contact to my contacts list and an existing group. It's only letting me enter a first name then can't scroll doen to add surname or email address. This is the same whether I try to add through the contact's email, or add a new contact, or edit the existing group. Any ideas?

Assuming you are doing this via the Sky website so you are logging in online to access your emails have you tried clearing your browsers cache and cookies then close down the browser before loading it up and trying again. If this doesn't work try a different browser to see if that works for you.
