is it necessary to renew email before 25th November after which the email address will be suspended?

My wife has a sky.com email address via Yahoo and is receiving messages stating that her email will be suspended from 25th November is this a scam?

@Janadriyah8 it's entirely likely to be genuine. See: https://www.sky.com/help/sky-yahoo-mail/inactive-sky-yahoo-acc/articles/inactive-yahoo-mail-accounts

Note that Sky may deem an email account to be inactive if the only login is via an email app. To avoid the account being deleted, it's necessary to log in via sky.com

Do these emai address you or your wife by your name or do they just say something like Dear member, if your name isn't on them then they might not be from Sky.

Do you usually login to the Sky website to access your emails ?
