issue added one contact to an email which is in my contact list

I have added a contact to my yahoo mail (sky) and when I type a few letter of the persons name it still is not coming up. Every other name comes up even if I write the companies name just not this one lady.

I added her contact, saved itand still nothing

I have to keep going to find it on another email to be able to know what the email address is and it is a person I need to contact alot so it is a pain because it is not an easy name to remember to spell.

Any help welcome please

Firstly, can you confirm you are doing this when logged in on the website, and not with an app?

I have tired add with yahoo app, on phone yahoo website and on my laptop online but nothing

The reason I asked, is because the suggestions brought up on the Sky website seem to have nothing to do with the contact list.

Here you can see I only have 3 contacts, but composing a new email brings up many suggestions:

They seem to be from emails I have received, so do you have emails sent by this person?

Note: it will take a while before the image will show.
