Not receiving certain emails

Hi I am having trouble getting certain emails first it was national lottery and had to change to another account to get my account back now I am having trouble with my steam games account has I am not getting a password email to change my password so it's very frustrating. All my other emails I am receiving?? Any one having this trouble? Keith

Have you tried logging in here and checking your Junk and Deleted folders as well as your Inbox?

Could any filters on the account be causing this, to check via your online account go to Settings (the screw icon on the right hand side) > More Settings > Filters
