I am trying to change my email address from a Gmail account to my main email address but am not allowed to as it's locked to another account. I only have the one Sky account so how does it get changed?

Can you explain just what you are attempting to do, and why you are trying to do it, as it isn't clear from what you posted.

Sky email accounts need to have an alternative email address for recovery purposes.

Ate you trying to change your email address on your Sky account and if so what is happening when you do this. Do note that it might throw up an error if you are trying to use a Sky email address.

I recently joined Sky, but was made to use an alternate Gmail address for the account instead of my primary BT email account, I expected to be able to change it but the system won't allow that email
