Error message when i try to access email - SKY unable to help as its through YAHOO and no contact number for them. The number SKY give me is incorrect

There are a few things here you could try:

If nothing here helps then selct No, I still need help > I'd prefer to get in touch > Get in touch and using either the messaging service or the phone number shown to try again to get in touch with Sky.

@Clare750 don't waste your time trying to contact Yahoo on this. It's a Sky issue and Yahoo won't be able to help.

You could try resetting your password.
