my mobile number has been updated on the system, however, the verification code is still going to an old number i no longer have?

@nickyjaneday If you made a separate note of your Recovery Code as Sky recommended, you can use it to turn off 2 step login, and set it up again with your new number.

If you didn't, you'll have to call Sky and they'll turn it off for you.

When calling Sky do not let them tell you to go to Yahoo about this as they can not help with Sky email accounts as only Sky can do this for you and when they do so you get your access back if you set up two step verification you do need to keep safe the recovery code.
