Had to factory reset my phone and now can't add the sky smail add to gmail, doesn't recognise my web password and that password generator thing they used to use seems to be permanently kapoot.

Are you selecting the account as a Yahoo one?

It should then allow you to use your Sky email and password, however on my Android phone it fails later with an error message.

What phone do you have?

I signed in as other and yahoo and got the same redirect page.

Luckily the Sky password generator for Android is now working again and have been able to generate a password and get it working
