In the last couple of days a number of my emails have disappeared. I have not deleted them or put them into junk and i need them urgently

Are you logging in here to access your email - https://www.sky.com/signin/email

If not try there first.

If they're still missing you could try Yahoo's recovery service here, which might retrieve some or all of them. It will take a few days.

Have you resolved this issue? I have the same problem. All my folders have been cleared and none of my missing e-mails showing in spam or deleted folder. I've just gone into my sent folder and it's showing the last e-mail I sent was in 2021???

I have emailed the helpdesk and waiting on a response.

Whose helpdesk would that be? Sky don't have an email address.
