MFA Codes not Working

I have SKy email which has MFA Codes enabled.

I have contact sky on Sunday and today as when trying to view email on web browser it asks for the code sent to my mobile. Correct last 3 digits are listed but code never appears.

I have no problem with any other text or MFA sent.

Unfortunately I do not have my recovery code.

Sky confirmed all my details and even confirmed that the MFA is not working for some people but will not remove the MFA from my account or fix the issue.

They advise to contact Yahoo but the 2 numbers on their site are not valid anymore.

I need to get this resolved ASAP as I have bills and an important email I can not access.

Any ideas?

Without the Recovery Code, you'll have to pursue this through Sky. Removing 2 step verification won't be immediate.

Appreciate they can not do it immediately; however, this seems to be a known issue, and you can't get hold of Yahoo.

Waiting weeks ot get it resolved is a major issue

@Wibble444 suggesting you contact Yahoo is a fob-off. They can't and won't help with a Sky Yahoo Mail account, so don't waste your time in that direction.
