My email has been scammed.

Receiving hundreds of messages in spam and inbox asking me to open a link in Google maps which I am obviously not doing.How do I report this and get removed.Thankyou

Accounts do not get generally get hacked but scammers can get access if they have obtained the login details via fake phone calls or emails.

Go to Settings (the screw icon on the right hand side) > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.

You might want to give some thought to setting up two step verification as per this:

If you do set this up it in important that you make a note of and keep safe the recovery code.
