Sky emails not working for a month

Despite repeated telephone calls (yesterday for over 3 hours) we have not been able to receive or send Sky emails for over a month. A complaint was raised but then deleted by Sky. The matter has been referred to the technical back room but no updates on progress. Yesterday I was passed on to 7 different call handlers and nothing has been resolved. Meanwhile all our family admin is inaccessible
