      <title>Emails not received when abroad</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an issue with my Sky Yahoo emails. When abroad on holiday I stop receiving emails. I was away for 10 nights and have received in total 4x emails, usually I would receive at least 20-30 per day and I know some have been sent which have not been received.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The emails do not appear on Outlook app, iPad Mail app or on the Sky Yahoo web login. So they aren't being received anywhere.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This happened last time I went on holiday too. We take the iPad with us on holiday, not sure if this makes a difference or not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have checked filters and there are no filters set up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would appreciate some help with this one!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4478775"&gt;@DCrump&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;it's possible then that the IP address used by the hotel has been deemed unsuitable by Sky for one reason or another - perhaps associated with suspicious activity in the past. I've had the same problem in numerous holiday locations abroad. You could try using a mobile connection but beware of roaming charges.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd also recommend using a VPN for browsing, expecially when logging in to a website, while you're connecting to a wifi network with unknown integrity.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I have seen posts on here from other members who have also been unable to access their emails while abroad. It might be that Yahoo as put some measures in place when it detects someone trying to access an account when not in the UK.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
