Legitimate email address?

Hi, I have an email from sky.notifications.contact.sky, i have just given my personal details to a number provided in this email and now I'm concerned its a fake email/ number and I have been scammed or will be scammed - can anyone please confirm if this is a legitimate email address? The number I called was a sky like number that ends 0473 - is this genuine?

Scam emails will usually ask you to click a link, a fake phone number would be unusual.

Can you tell us why they wanted you to call?

If you are worried, I would suggest changing your password "just in case".

I finally managed to get through to someone at Sky, who confirmed it was legitimate. Thanks so much for responding though
