Just had an email saying my email account uncount will close unless i sign in as havent used in a while, but i sign in regularly?!? Please advise

@Jo781 so far as I'm aware, Sky's mailshot advising the closure of inactive accounts was completed some while ago. If the email you've received contains a login link, it's almost certainly to a scam. Clicking on the link will take you to a fake website designed solely to allow a scammer to capture your username and password.

If that email doesn't address you by your actual name and there is a link in it then it is a spam email so mark it as spam.

As long as you login to Sky.com to access your email account then you should have no issues.
