Good afternoon everyone can you help me please, I have through Sky the Yahoo email app. I think I may have unintentionally lost the email counter on the Yahoo app icon, I have gone into its settings & checked the unread badge count, I have tried setting it to ( All accounts) & ( Selected accounts) but still no unread emails counter.

Your help would be very appreciated

Have you rebooted the device the app is installed on ?

Ceasarome please ignore & forgive my reply to you i'm not very tech savvy I thought you meant me to restart the device. But I realised what you meant after & it worked.
