Email account closing

My SKY email was blocked by sky following a scam on 4th April 2024.

I had discussions on three occasions with engineers during summer 2024. Each said they would pass the problem to another engineer but no return calls were received.

The last engineer kindly changed my email address to a gmail.com address so I have continued to receive SKY emails.

I am happy to continue this arrangement so SKY.com is unnecessary.

My SKY TV and Broadband must be retained.

@RodeCottageOwne In case you're not aware you're not contacting Sky Customer services by posting here, nor would anyone fromSky know who you are from your post. Nothing will happen as a result of your post.

If you wish to keep your sky email account active you do need to log into it on a regular basis.

I'm really not sure what the engineer might have done there.

Do you mean you're still receiving emails from Sky? Or do you mean you're still receiving emails addressed to your old email account @sky,com?

Do you mean that your email address on your Sky account was changed so that your Gmail account is collecting your Sky emails ?
