Reset yahoo email password without correct security question?

Hubby has a email off main sky account. He's going to get mails taken away if he can't log into account. Can someone help with a reset of security question?

Has he forgotten and trying to reset his password? I've not known the security question to be used for anything else.

Yes. We need to change password to reaches account to login in. Otherwise account will be deleted soon.

Ok, he'll need to give Sky a call, then, I'm afraid. Hopefully they'll be able to reset his password for him.

Does he have the option to be reset the password via email:

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/

If not then he will have to call Sky and when doing so don't let them tell him to go to Yahoo as they can not help with a Sky email address.
