2 step verification

I recently got a new phone number old number which is deactivated so can't get pass the 2 step verification and can't remember recovery code as I have had th8s email over 10 years i am still signed in on my tablet with this email is there any way to copy from my tablet to my phone phoned sky several times with n9 help

The Recovery Code is emailed to your Sky Yahoo Mail account, so if you're still logged in on your tablet, you should find it there (unless you've deleted it, of course).

You needed to have done this when you still were using your old phone number so as you did not make a note of the recovery code as it advised you to do when setting it up then calling Sky is the only way you are going to be able to get this turned off so that you can set it up again with your new mobile number and sadly as you appeared to have found you will need to find someone that know how to do this.
