After I was hacked, I could no longer access my account and I tried several times calling Sky but they told me it was a yahoo problem and I had to contact yahoo. I paid an engineer to come and help me but they were not able to get any further than me either. So I gave up trying to access the account.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>However, now I have a problem because my Facebook is linked to my sky email and I have lost access to Facebook, the only way to regain access or reset the password being via my sky email. So now I am trying once again to get back in to my sky email account.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I have reset the password for my sky.com account and signed in successfully. However, when I try clicking on the yahoo mail link from within my sky account, it takes me to the yahoo login page and asks for a two factor authentication code - which gets sent to my mobile - so I type this in and then it takes me to a page that says "Uh-oh...We can’t sign you in right now. Please try again in a while."
