Does it say that as you have entering the wrong code that you are now unable to login and if so does it say for how long ?

Hi lve entered pin 3 time n it says its locked don't know why also the wee light on box keep going out hopefully someone can help as lve had no use from that puk box it's quite irritating

What exactly is locked?

I would presume it is their email account after entering the wrong code that was sent to their phone so @Lesleymoore my question I asked you yesterday still applies if this is the case.

Are you talking about the PIN you need to enter to activate your Sky streaming Puck? If so, it's the last 4 digits of your mobile number.
