      <description>&lt;P&gt;I contacted customer services about getting into my yahoo account as I had forgotten my password and my husband had ended my phone contract with my phone number on the account. I have not been able to access my emails since 14th May and this is causing me a lot of issues. O spoke with someone who said they would personally look after this for me and it would be resolved in around 10 day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
