Accessing Sky email via Yahoo App (Android phone)

Hi Community

A few weeks ago my sky e-mail failed on the Outlook app on my phone. And now today, the Yahoo App is no longer working, so no longer able to view my sky e-mails on my phone. I've tried deleting and re-installing the Yahoo app, but whatever I do I continuously get the message :

"Access Denied"

"You don't have permission to access "https://skyidapp.sky.com/AK_PM_VPATH0/856922/288_Error.html" on this server.

Has sky changed something? Anyone else having this issue?

Are you using a VPN ?

Is the phone connected to Wifi or mobile data ?

@caesarome No, I'm not using a VPN and the issue is the same whether on w-fi or data. The Yahoo app just stopped working this morning., when i switched on my phone. Repeated re-boots of phone and deleting / reinstalling the Yahoo app, but still no joy.

I've tried various things, but in the end problem was resolved with a full software update of my Samsung / Android system. Yahoo seems to have sprung back to life and I can once again access sky.com e-mail accounts on my phone.

I've made a note of that Help address for the next time.
