&lt;P&gt;To confirm that the verification code is not being received by your phone, if this is the case then use the recovery code that you were asked to make a note of when you set this up as that will then deactivate the two step process and will allow you access to your emails.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you don't have access to this then you will have to contact Sky and ask then to deactivate this for you. Do note that there is a few days turn around on doing this so do not let the adviser wrongly tell you to go to Yahoo as they will not be able to help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is 8 characters in length and mine goes two letters then a number, two leters then two numbres and a letter. All small case letters.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have contacted Sky three times with this exact problem&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;on my laptop. The very last conversation, it will take 5 days as we have to contact the Yahoo team and it will be resolved. Like, the previous two phone conversations, nothing is resolved&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you didn't make a note of your Recovery Code as Sky reommended, then yes, you'll have to persevere with asking Sky to turn off 2 step login on your behalf. They don't have to contact Yahoo - they can't help anyway, but it does have to be referred to one of Sky's back office teams who will turn it off for you within a few days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
