    <description>&lt;P&gt;After one very long call to sky to get my verification code I was then cut off.&amp;nbsp; This call was also the operator trying to get me to buy an Ipad!!!&amp;nbsp; Did not even bother to call me back.&amp;nbsp; I tried to call again and the operator said he would reset my email, etc. and would send me a satisfaction form.&amp;nbsp; Form has not arrived and still no verification number.&amp;nbsp; How can this be so difficult to find.&amp;nbsp; I dont remember being given a recovery number at the start as the verification just appeared one day.&amp;nbsp; Worked fine up until now.&amp;nbsp; Nothing seems to be coming through to my phone even though I am with sky.!!!!&amp;nbsp; Will try again but if no luck with be seriously thinking of changing provider.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Verification codes are sent automatically to the mobile number you gave when you set up 2 step login. Sky can't manually send you one.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The Recovery Code was displayed on screen (and sent to your email address) as part of the 2 step login setup process.&amp;nbsp;To complete the setup process you had to confirm that you'd seen it and made a separate note of it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If Verification Codes aren't coming through for some reason, and you &lt;EM&gt;didn't&lt;/EM&gt; make a note of the Recovery Code as Sky recommended, you'll have to ask them to turn off 2 step login on your behalf. Assuming you can find an adviser who knows who to refer this to, it will take a while for them to turn off 2 step login on your behalf.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
