      <description>&lt;P&gt;I assume you don't have the Recovery Code that was issued when you first set up 2 step verification. If you've already contacted Sky, it's a matter of waiting for them to turn off 2 step verification on your behalf. That can take a while.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You'll then be able to set it up again with your new mobile number. Be sure to make a separate note of the Recovery Code when it's displayed on screen, as Sky recommends.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
