Sky emails not sending on any Apple device

I cannot send any Sky emails from my iPhone, iPad or MacBook. I am receiving Sky emails on all three. I can send emails from iCloud etc. previously it was just the iPhone only that was a bit temperamental. I have not changed any settings. I can log into my Sky email account and everything is ok there.

Hi, yes 'cannot send mail the username or password is incorrect'. I have not changed anything on any of the three devices

It might be worth logging in here and generating yourself a 16 digit password:

https://www.sky.com/sky-yahoo-mail/manage-apps?client=email

Then using this on your Sky email account on your devices instead of your usual password to see if this then allows it to work.

yes, this has fixed it on all three devices. Many thanks - it's been driving me nuts for weeks!
