Missing emails

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could offer some assistance with the following issue...

FYI: I am primarily using the Outlook client to access my Sky email account.

Today I created a new folder within my mail account, I then moved a number of emails into the folder that I need to keep. I decided to rename the folder after this, initially this seems to work as expected. However, the next time I checked the folder had reverted to the previous name and was now empty.

I now cannot find the emails anywhere in my mail account, I have looked in 'Deleted Items', 'Archive' etc and they are nowhere to be found. I have also logged in to my account via web browser, just to check it's not some kind of syncing issue, but the situation is the same accessing my mail account via the browser.

Has this happened to anyone before? Has anyone any advice on retrieving the missing mail?

This suggestion resolved the issue, the emails have been restored, thanks 😁
