Missing email from and to email account

I suddenly have stopped recieving emails from one address, I also am not being able to send messages to this address through. Either of my sky address. I can send and receive from my Gmail account with no issues. This issue started yesterday. I am secretary of a sporting group and need this email acct working. It is not on my blocked sender's and messages do not go to junk. Urgent help required

What's the 'bounce' message when you try to send an email to this particular recipient?

No nothing. Can look on the cloud email and nothing there. Email sent are sent to and from a group. I am only member missing out. Thought maybe the account blocking it works ok with gmail

We know there have been occasional issues with Hotmail addresses. If that's not the problem, it may be simplest just to wait and see if it's temporary and resolves itself.

My problem is as secretary of an event 2 weeks away I need my sky account working now.

By all means give Sky a call, but I'm not confident that they'll be able to help with this.

So what happens when you try to send an email to this email address ?

You will be wasting your time calling Sky about this.
