Sky email was hacked now receiving no emails.

My sky email was hacked on 3/4/2025 and after changing password etc I now receive no emails. Any help appreciated.

Log in via your browser, then go to Settings (the cog at the top of the page, then More Settings, then Filters on the right hand side. Delete anything you see there that you didn't set up.

Consider setting up two step verification to protect your account, if you do, be sure to make a separate note of your Recovery Code and keep it safe. It's snt to your email account, but isn't much use to you there, if you can't log in to get to it!

It is unlikely your account got hacked but instead you gave access to someone via a fake email login link.

Go to Settings (the screw icon on the right hand side) > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.
