    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've kept my phone number and moved my contract to a new provider. Working fine on my mobile but not on my desktop now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I still have Sky TV, and my account is fine, but there seems to be an issue sending my two-step verification code. I keep asking for it to resend the code but it never turns up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently moved my mobile from SKy to another provider. For some reason I can now not access my Sky email account as it's asking for two-step verification. I've asked it to send a code, but never receive one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have ported the number, so not sure where the code is going?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, nor me. Do you receive other calls/texts ok? I'm wondering if there's a bit of a lag for Sky's systems to catch up with the change of network.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Meanwhile, if you made a separate note of your Recovery Code, as Sky recommended when you set up 2 step verification, you can use it to turn it off. You could then try to set it up again to see if it works ok after that. If not, you'll have to speak to Sky and ask them to turn off 2 step verification for you - that might take a while..&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;There was an option to not set up the two step&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;verification but as you have set it up then it should be going to the number you provided.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

You then have the choice of whether or not to set it up again. If you do, keep a separate note of the Recovery Code that will be displayed onscreen, as Sky recommend.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
