    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you've set up 2 step login, you can use your Recovery Code to turn it off. Sky recommended you keep a separate note of the Recovery Code when it was generated.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you didn't, you'll have to contact Sky and after verifying your identity they'll be able to switch off 2 step login on your behalf. It may take a while for that to be completed. You can then set it up again, if you wish, with your new mobile number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
