secondary email account access via computer

i can access my main email address **********@sky.com on the yahoo site or through sky app

but i cannot access any secondary email address the one i use the most through a computer

any idea how, need to down load an attachment and it wont load on the phone or allow me to forward it.

i know it there as i have viewed it a few weeks ago

And what is happening when you try to access this other email account, so what message do you see when you try to login to it here:

It isn't clear just what you are asking.

Is this secondary email address also a sky one?

When you say "through a computer", do you mean via a browser or an app/client?
