I have a sky email account but I had to change my mobile number so when yahoo want to sent a code I can't receive it due to them using my old number,can you help please

I assume you no longer have access to the old number. If you kept a note of your Recovery Code, as Sky recommended when you set up 2 step login, you can use it to turn off 2 step login and then set it up again with your new mobile number.

If you didn't you'll have to ask Sky to turn it off for you. That may take a while.

To turn off 2FA sign in with the recovery code so at the login select "can't sign in with the code" link. You'll then be asked for the recovery code.

When you signed up to 2FA you were given a recovery code so if you didn't make a note of it then check the email you were also sent.
