&lt;P&gt;Only two reasons I can think of why you're not receiving the verification code: either you entered your mobile number incorrectly when you set up 2 step verification, or there's a problem with your mobile provider (if it's Sky, there's no problem, to my knowledge).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you made a note of the Recovery Code as recommended on screen you can use it to turn off 2 step verificaiton.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sky have attempted to set up a method of recovering from the loss of access to the 2FA service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It doesn't seem to work too well, but at&amp;nbsp;least give it a try.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here are the details if you haven't already&amp;nbsp;given it a go.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-yahoo-mail/two-step-verif/articles/two-step-verification" target="_blank"&gt;Two Step Verification for Sky Yahoo Mail | Sky Help | Sky.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It does at least give an indidation of the number it is using, so you should be able to confirm it has the correct one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="jayach_0-1703698647494.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/96050iDC6B68433A30C1FF/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="jayach_0-1703698647494.png" alt="jayach_0-1703698647494.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Made the call and had to really PUSH to get passed onto proper help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They told me the request to deactivate "2 step verification" so I could log in to mail had been declined. They didn't say why but they asked for further security checks etc which I passed (16 years is a long time).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now the form that gets sent off has been done again which this time it "should" get done!&lt;BR /&gt;72 hours they will give me feedback as to any discrepancy's via a phone call to the same number (I'm not getting them text too) BUT it can take up to 21 days for the verification process to be removed and I have got to keep trying everyday! Opposite to what previous call handlers had said I hope this helps and makes sense!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Last week, on the laptop, the 2-stage authentification message said that it was sending the 6 number code to my listed phone but nothing arrived, and still didn't after several attempts.&amp;nbsp; It asked for my recovery code which I had written down but when I did so it said that it was wrong!&amp;nbsp; Up until Friday I could access emails via my phone but today it also said that it would send me the 6 number code to my phone but nothing arrived.&amp;nbsp; Been on the phone to Sky (after suffering the bot for ages) and the agent said that it would take up to a week for anyone to get back to me.&amp;nbsp; Said that they would give me £10 for the inconvenience but I don't want money.&amp;nbsp; They said thay didn't know how to resolve this, but I thought it was just about turning off the 2-stage authentification?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;When you try to log in, and the system confirms that a Verification Code has been sent, the last 3 digits of the number it has been sent to are displayed in screen. Check that they are the last three digits,of your mobile number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Just tried to log in myself and it might be a bit flaky at the moment - it took two attempts for a Verification Code to reach my mobile.&lt;/P&gt;
