Can,t access Yahoo mail

moved onto a Pixel ,9 pro. Can get Google mail, but not Sky e-mail......app says it sends a code, but I never receive it anywhere...

Are you using the default mail app on your device to set up your Sky email account or are you trying to login here:

Were you previously using 2FA, and just what app are you trying to access Sky|Yahoo with?

The app I have always used is the Yahoo app.

On my last phone (OnePlus 10) the Yahoo app had 2 mail addresses I could access - a google mail address and the @Sky.com which I had used for must be over 15 years.

Now that I am on a Google pixel 9 pro, the same Yahoo app has 1 Google mail address and the @Sky address but the latter says 'mailbox synching' and has been like that for 3 days.

When I attempt to sign on to the @Sky.com mail, I am told a code has been sent, but it never reaches the phone.

Everything has been checked - the phone number, passwords etc. but can not get into the @Sky.com mail, where all my mail , and other detail.is stored.

Any ideas would be welcome - I have called Sky and relayed the problem, but as yet no resolution.
