Yahoo won't help with a Sky Yahoo email account, so there's no point contacting them. What exactly is the error message you're seeing?

If you're seeing the same message when logging in here, try changing your password via the forgotten password link: https://www.sky.com/signin/email

If the 'suspended' message remains, you'll have to contact Sky. The suspension is applied automatically by Yahoo, but unless things have,changed recently, Sky appear not to have a straightforwad process to 'unsuspend' your account.

Unfortunately Yahoo won't help, so you'll have to pursue it through Sky.

@Linda171 don't be fobbed off if Sky say you need to contact Yahoo. It seems to be the advice they often give when they don't know how to fix email problems.

As I ,mentioned before, Yahoo won't help.
