I can no longer download attachments in emails to sky account. The only thing that I did recently was update apple software to Sequoia 15.3. Can anyone help?

Are you using an email app or are you logging into the Sky website because however you access your emails you could try the other to see if you can then download them.

@dougie24 if you're using the standard Apple Mail app, that is likely to be the problem. There have been numerous posts reporting intermittent problems with the app, which Apple see reluctant to investigate. The likelihood is that it will be ok if you try again in a day or so.

Meanwhile you can log in here via Sky: https://www.sky.com/signin/email

As a longer term solution you might fare better to use a different email app, such as Yahoo, or Outlook.

Thanks foer support. I am afraid my lack of knowledge lets me down. I have had to update microsoft and downloads seem to be working. It may have been to do with that, fingerscrossed.
