I suspect you've responded to a fake email. There are no updates for Sky Yahoo Mail. If you've responded with your username and password you've likely given them to a scammer.

I'd suggest changing your password immediately.

What are you trying to do and how, if you have been sent an email that says it is from Sky, have you then used the link in it because if you have you will have given the scammers your account details.

If you haven't already then you should change your password and perhaps set up 2 step authentication:
