Rang the technical helpline in India, background noise intimidated he was in a market somewhere, eventually answered and transferred my call to a Manager.......kept waiting for 30 minutes, then answered and told me to hang up......and they would call me back........still waiting for the call four hours later.......absolutely disgraceful service and they keep ringing me to screw more money out of me to upgrade my package..........get real Sky, oh.....and I've been with them 30 years plus!!

Can't attach photographs and / or images.......error message states, unable to send, the photos are only 2.1 mb,

Yes, plain body email is working fine, once I attach pictures......the error message pops up, ....and they don't receive

Are you are able to send emails with other attachments?

If so, it may be the format of the emails it is objecting to, what are they? jpg's or something else?

Sky are very unlikely to be interested in your problem as long as your email works generally, it is a free service.

Can't send any email with photos attached,

Photos are jpeg.....i can attach and send off my phone though.......so am a bit of a loss....hence contacting the technical department

Are you doing this online or using a program like Outlook etc because whatever you are trying see what happens if you try the other.

If you are doing this online does using an alternative web browser let you do this ?

I'm working online from laptop using Google to log onto Sky/ Yahoo mail,

But as I stated earlier. I can work of my phone and attach the pictures and send.......and that works fine,

If you are using Chrome (I presume this is what you mean when you say Google) then try a different one like Edge.

All sorted thank you, I cleared out all the cache, spam, trash and everything else that wasn't needed......and it worked fine after that,
